Prologo Studio provides complete design, development and digital marketing services to individuals, professionals, agencies, startups, businesses, small and medium sized enterprises and large corporations.
Services are available as one-time projects, bundled packages, or retainer-based engagements.
All services are initiated through a formal contract. Every client engagement includes:
Clients retain full ownership of all deliverables, including designs, code, campaign data, marketing plans and strategies and brand assets. Prologo Studio does not claim authorship, publishing rights, or royalties.
Portfolio usage (e.g. for design showcases or marketing samples) is optional and only included with explicit permission and consent from the client.
We define Scope of Work and limits in each agreement.
Most services include 1–2 rounds of revisions, or as stated in the contract or as per mutual agreement with the client on a case to case basis.
Revisions must be requested within specific days of file delivery as mentioned in the contract.
Refunds are not issued after project commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing. For more details, see our Refund Policy.
Estimated timelines are shared at project start. Delays caused by late client responses, incomplete inputs, or scope changes may affect delivery dates.
If Prologo Studio initiates a delay, clients will be notified promptly.

Payments must be made upfront or in milestone-based installments as agreed.
Services begin after the receipt of first payment.
All disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Prologo Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Clients will be informed of material changes.
